90 Day Return Policy

Product in new and unused condition (unworn with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 90 days following the original purchase date.

Returns that are received with original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment OR store credit in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed on our website. This includes items that have been worn or tried on.

Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit.  Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. All purchases made with store credit are final sale. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, please call our Customer Service team to place your order.

Purchases made with a store credit can be returned for store credit only. 

Opened? Tried on?

Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging to be returned and will only be accepted within 30 days from the receipt of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges may be limited per company discretion. Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.


Please contact our customer service team to place a new order for the product you desire and to obtain a return number to ship your product back for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.

How To Return

If your order qualifies for return, you can visit our online return portal to set up your return.  OR call our customer service team at 855-363-0155 or e-mail with a reason for the return and your requested course of action in order to obtain an return number and prepaid SmartLabel - a fee may be deducted from your refund.  Shipping labels are provided free of charge for returns being refunded as store credit thru our return portal.

Once you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, note it on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:, Attn: Returns/Exchanges

Shipping Labels

There is a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid return shipping label, unless returning for a store credit via our return portal. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing.


Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. Prices on exchanges will be based on the website price at the time the exchange was requested. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed.
